The couple will need to provide proof of eligibility to be married and will meet with the priest who will marry them on several occasions to prepare and plan for their marriage.

The wedding ceremony is carefully planned with the couple so that it will be a beautiful and uplifting experience, on their special day. The Anglican Marriage service includes readings from the scriptures, prayers, hymns (optional), a homily, and the exchange of vows and rings. The couple will make promises to each other in front of God and the congregation, and the priest or minister will pronounce them husband and wife. The ceremony will conclude with the couple being presented to the congregation as a married couple.
