Hope25 Group Lenten Study 2025

Decorative

We are excited to invite you to join the Hope25 Group Lenten Study, beginning on Sunday, March 9, 2025, and continuing through to Sunday, April 13, 2025 (Palm Sunday).

The Lenten Study Group will meet at 4:30 PM at St Alban’s Church, followed by Evening Prayer at 5:30 PM. After the prayer service, a shared meal will be available for those who wish to stay—participation is optional.

The Lenten Study books are available for purchase at a cost of $10.00. To secure your copy, please place your $10.00 in an envelope in the weekly offering plate, or you may pay directly at the Minster Office (19 Brook Street, Muswellbrook).

We warmly encourage everyone to participate in this meaningful study. Please note, all questions are welcome, and no prior in-depth knowledge of Scripture is required.

We look forward to journeying together through this season of reflection and hope as we prepare for the Lenten and Easter celebrations in 2025.

About the Hope25 Lenten Studies

The Hope25 Lenten Studies 2025 are designed to inspire deep reflection on the hope we find in Jesus as we journey through Lent toward the joyous celebration of His resurrection on Easter Day.

These studies will also serve as a lead-up to the Hope25 – Hope in an Uncertain World project, which aims to empower Australian Anglican parishes and communities to share the hope of Jesus intentionally during the Easter to Pentecost period in 2025.

The study book features 47 commentaries written by Australian bishops, along with thoughtful reflections based on the Bible readings for each day from Ash Wednesday through to Easter Day.

We look forward to sharing this transformative journey with you.
